WOOLSTORE
Woolstore Restaurant & Bar is a two-level modern Australian restaurant and cocktail lounge at the river-end of the Pakington strip (enter via Rutland Street). The kitchen is led by Eli Grubb, Regional Chef of the Year at the 2024 Golden Plate Awards and is built around a parrilla grill driving a share-plate menu that celebrates ingredients and producers from the Geelong, Surf Coast and Bellarine.
The bar is lead by Jackson Wilde, winner of the 2025 Golden Plate Bartender of the Year and features classic, experimental and non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy. The venue occupies a sympathetically-restored century-old woolstore – 7-metre industrial glass windows, original tallowwood floors and a mezzanine cocktail bar that looks over the main dining floor.
Woolstore is one of the region’s best-equipped venues for functions, long lunches, group dinners and late cocktails – the go-to when the occasion calls for something with real architectural presence.
